If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Salt Cases within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once the return is received and the product is inspected, we will credit your card. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. *Please note there is a 10% restocking fee on items returned for anything other than a manufacturer defect. No restocking fee is charged on defective items.
If you would prefer an exchange, please allow 5-10 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Salt Cases reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 10%.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- All returns must be labeled with a RMA number. This number is obtained by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Please indicate your date of purchase, name on the order, order number and reason for returning.
When you receive your RMA, you will be given a number along with an address to make the return to.
Your RMA number must be written on the returned package or your refund will not be processed.
PACK YOUR ITEM
- Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the actual product package.
SHIP YOUR ITEM
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
